Facilities
**Reservations must be booked at least 7 days in advance of rental. To inquire about rentals within 7 days of the rental date desired, please dial 336-270-5124 and we can see if we have staff to cover the rental. This is NOT a guarantee so we encourage you to book before the 7 days in advance.
Fee:
$40 for every 2 hours (County Resident)
$60 for every 2 hours (Non-County Resident)
Can accommodate up to 30 people. 6 -6 foot plastic folding tables & 30 chairs are available for use and included in the rental fee.
Rentals are welcome for birthday parties, reunions, baby showers and meetings. If you would like to rent the classroom for any other reason please contact the office first for approval. 336-270-5124.
Note:
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING RULES BEFORE RENTING.
1. Person or groups issued a permit shall be bound by all Recreation and Park Department rules and regulations fully as through they were inserted in said permit
2. Liability of Permittee – The person(s) to whom permit is issued shall be liable for any loss damage or injury sustained by any person whatever, by reason of negligence of the person(s) to whom such permit shall have been issued.
3. Revocation –The director or his designated official shall have the authority to revoke a permit upon finding a violation of any rule or regulation or upon good cause shown
4. Fields or shelters cannot be occupied before or after the allotted time you are given.
5. All trash and debris must be picked up and put in the waste receptacles by your party.
6. It shall be unlawful for any person to bring upon, possess, consume or display any alcoholic beverages or controlled substance. It will be unlawful to carry on any game of chance in recreation facilities or program at which money or property or other value is be.
7. No live bands or loud music is allowed unless approved or co-sponsored by Recreation and Parks Department.
8. All Recreation and Parks Department sponsored activities shall have preference in scheduling of all facilities
9. No group will be allowed to charge admission unless approved by the Recreation and Parks Department.
10. It understood that the Alamance County Recreation and Parks Department reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservation of area and facilities, if in their opinion, it is the best interest of the public to do so. This is a public facility and is subject to any and all county ordinance in regard to alcoholic beverages substance, conduct, etc.
11. ALL FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE--however, the rental may be rescheduled
