Stargazing - Welcome to a Starry Safari

Have you ever looked up at the night sky and thought, “Wow…what are all those stars?” Maybe you’ve tried to spot the North Star or the Big Dipper but ended up feeling a little lost in the stars.
That’s okay—most of us can name trees and flowers on a walk in the woods, but the sky above feels like a giant puzzle.
So, grab your curiosity (and warm clothes) and join us for a Starry Safari—a playful walk across the sky at the largest telescope in North Carolina! Together, we’ll learn how to find some of the most recognized constellations and discover that stargazing is like connecting the dots across the universe.
Bring the whole family—it’s time to turn “What’s that star?” into “I know that one!”
