Welcome to "Family Disc Golf" in partnership with Alamance Parks and the Burlington Area Disc Golf Club (BADGC). This instructional disc golf program will be for Families on Thursdays from 5:30-6:45pm at Cedarock Park during the month of April.
This program is open to players of all abilities. For family members not able/interested to participate in active instruction, they are welcome to walk along with active participants at no registration cost. The focus of the program is to establish a good foundation for various shot types: drives, approach shots, putting, and shot shaping. Our focus at this level is not individual competition, but rather player development in group play formats such as Captain's Choice.
Instructors will be volunteers from the Burlington Area Disc Golf Club as well as Alamance Parks staff.
