Programs
Get ready to step into the shoes of a real wildlife detective. In this hands-on session, young explorers will learn how to identify the amazing animals of the Carolina Piedmont using the clues they leave behind. From tracks and feathers to calls and habitats, kids will discover how every creature has its own “signature” in nature.
Together, we’ll practice spotting patterns, comparing features, and using field guides like real naturalists. Along the way, explorers will uncover how animals survive, how they fit into our local ecosystem, and why protecting their habitats keeps our Carolina Piedmont healthy and full of life.
